The water swelling anchor produced by our company is a series of products which are constantly summarized and innovated according to the actual usage conditions at home and abroad. This kind of anchor is made of thin-walled concave-section steel pipe and made the anchor swollen by high pressure water, so that to completely adhere to the irregular wall of drilled hole and reinforce the rock mass with the friction, mechanical locking force and pressure along the whole length of the anchor.

Characteristics

1. The construction speed is fast. It doesn’t need to grout, so that it can save the application of cement grout and be convenient and fast.

2. It has excellent seismic resistance, and can be installed close to working surface.

4. The whole length of the anchor body sticks close to the irregular wall of hole, and any section of it can become an independent part and play a supporting role.

Construction Method

Bring water swelling anchor onto the backing board and put it into the drilled rock hole, connect water injection nozzle of the high-pressure pump to inject water. When the set pressure is reached, the high-pressure pump would stop water supply automatically. Unload water injection nozzle and carry out construction of the next anchor hole.
