Small Ductule, Perforated Steel Pipe
Structure
Perforated steel pipe is a perforated pipe made by drilling grouting holes every 90 degrees along the radial direction of the steel pipe. The grouting holes are arranged in a spiral shape around the steel pipe, and the grouting holes can be sealed by special adhesive tape or gel. The front part of the steel pipe is pressed into a sharp point to facilitate entry into the rock holes. It is also called small ductule, with a diameter from 40 mm to 100 mm and wall thickness of 4 - 6 mm. Slurry outlet holes with corresponding diameter shall be drilled according to engineering design requirements.
Characteristics
Grouting perforated steel pipe technology is to penetrate cement slurry into the rock and soil of the rock stratum through grouting technology and effectively improve the physical and mechanical performance indexes of the rock and soil to improve the anti-sliding capacity of rock stratum itself. After grouting, the steel pipe is remained in the rock stratum to provide certain anchoring and anti-sliding effect and improve the safety and stability factor of the rock stratum. During the design of grouting perforated steel pipe, the feature of the rock and soil shall be noticed. It is more suitable and have better effect for weak and broken rock and developed joints and fissures.
Construction Method
Measure the pile position and drill a hole with a drill. After cleaning the hole, put the perforated steel pipe into the hole and grout cement paste into the perforated steel pipe through grouting connector until the pressure rises sharply and fills the rock hole, and then quickly plug and seal with soil.
