The construction technology of prestressed anchor rod is revealed

 

  1. Assemble the cavern with Φ28 hollow bolt, and Φ50 drill bit for drilling. The drilling hole depth is 50mm~100mm larger than the effective length of the anchor rod body, and the hole position deviation is not more than 100mm.

  2. The exposed length of the anchor rod is 1m. The diameter of the prestressed hollow grouting anchor rod is 28. There are 5 rows of anchor rods with length L=4m, 6m. The upper two rows are exposed for 1m and the lower three rows are not exposed. The spacing is 80cm, plum blossom shape Layout.

  3. Use the construction method of inserting the rod first and then grouting. When inserting the anchor rod, install the exhaust pipe first, and the distance between the exhaust pipe and the bottom of the hole is 50~100mm.

  4. During the storage, transportation and installation of the pole body, the pole body and various parts should be kept in good condition, and the threaded fasteners on the pole body should not be damaged.

  5. Check the depth of the hole before installation, and the length of the screw thread of the exposed section after the anchor rod is in place can be installed with supporting plates, nuts and other components as appropriate.

  a) The hole of the bolt shall be smoothed with early-strength mortar or anchoring agent, and its strength shall be able to bear the maximum load of the bolt tension.

  b) When the anchor rod is delivered to the required depth in the hole, immediately turn the anchor rod to the left to tighten the rod body so that the inner anchor head is opened and closely contacted with the hole wall, and the top of the anchor head is in close contact with the bottom of the hole.

  The relevant control points of anchor rod tension:

  (1) The magnitude of the tension must meet the design requirements, and the torque for tightening the nut of the tension bolt should not be less than 100N.M. (Generally, when the torque wrench alarms (a beep), it is considered that the prestressed hollow anchor rod is locked to the design tonnage.)

  (2) After the pallet is installed, check its tightening regularly, and deal with it in time if it is loose.

  (3) For bolt groups with small spacing, attention should be paid to the mutual influence of adjacent bolts during tension.

  (4) All tensioning machines should be calibrated and checked regularly.

  c) Grouting

  (1) Before grouting, use ventilation or water to check whether the rod body and exhaust pipe are unblocked.

  (2) Cement mortar is used for the grouting of the prestressed hollow bolt, the strength of the mortar is M20, and the mix ratio is: 1:0.42:2, that is, 100kg of cement (2 bags of cement): 42kg of water: 200kg of sand.

  (3) Anchor rods with a downwardly inclined orifice should enter the slurry from the rod body and exhaust through the orifice exhaust pipe; for an anchor rod with a horizontal or upwardly inclined orifice should enter the slurry through the orifice exhaust pipe and exhaust from the rod body.

  (4) The grouting pump adopts continuous grouting, the outlet pressure must reach 1.0MPa, and the conveying capacity must be greater than 0.7m3/h. At the same time, pay attention to control the grouting pressure and flow to prevent the grouting pipe from bursting.

  (5) The grouting pipe should be inserted into the bottom of the hole, then withdraw from 50~100mm to start grouting. When grouting,

  Use the grouting pipe at the bottom of the hollow anchor rod to grouting, and the hollow rod body is exhausted. The grouting pipe is pulled out slowly and uniformly with the injection of mortar, so that the hole is filled with mortar.

  (6) After the anchor rod is installed, the anchor rod should not be knocked, collided or pulled before the mortar strength reaches the design requirements. The anchor rod connected with the steel mesh must be firmly fixed at the hole.

  (7) The grouting can be stopped after the grout flows out of the hollow bolt hole.

  6. If the grouting pipe cannot be inserted into the bottom of the hole in case of collapsed hole or hole wall deformation, the anchor rod hole should be treated so that the grouting pipe can be smoothly inserted to the bottom of the hole, and the anchor hole should be supplemented if necessary.
